Reflective writing

As soon as I saw the object, I was very much settled with the idea of using the blood stone cup as my artifact. The craftmanship was meticulous and the object tells a story. Back in the days, those objects were prized and displayed to show their wealth and power. Even though it is a cup, I doubt they used it for its purpose. The cup was made of gemstone, and it was embedded with precious stones and mounted with gold. Sadly, there wasn’t a name of who crafted it which made the object mysterious. I wanted my artifacts to have a connection and some sort of ways, so I decided to look for a similar object in science museum. To my surprise, there was an object called the ceramic medicine spoon, which is in a similar shape to the bloodstone cup. What made it easier is that the bloodstone cup was carved in the shape of a boat, and so I started to find connections to come up with a story. As I further developed my story, I was not confident if this the story I wanted to create because I had another story in mind and compare to the original one, it was more humorous and something completely different from what I had in mind, but after sometime later, I wanted to stick with the original plan mainly because the second idea was not really my style and I don’t think I have to skills to pull it off

During my research on the roles of the animation industry, I didn’t realize there were so many roles involved in the production of an animation. All the roles played a crucial part, and it has made me more appreciative of the animations that I have watched before.
